It covers a wide range of topics, including patient registration, health records management, medical billing, scheduling, basic clinical procedures, and legal and ethical considerations in healthcare. The curriculum is designed to foster proficiency in the use of medical software, healthcare communication, and patient service.
Students will engage in learning through a combination of lectures, workshops, practical exercises, and a practicum placement that provides real-world experience in healthcare settings.
